  6. From what I've read the 3k or 12k is just the outer cosmetic layer, apparently all the same on the inside.
  7. Said the same when I ordered, just msged and asked. Quoted the same rate as the other countries. Didn't have any issues. Just takes long cause its sent with a ship. When I ordered they said it would take 8-12 weeks, got to PTA in just over 6

  18. Do ALOT of sessions at VA Faerie Glen, enjoy most of them. Have also done a few at VA Parkview, pretty good too.
  19. Contacted LIMAR (info@limar.com) on the 16th of Jan to find out where I could get a new pad kit for my helmet. Heard nothing from them and thought "Classic customer services email no one ever replies".... Came into the office this morning to find a brown envelope on my desk, sent from Italy. Inside brand new pad kit!No inoice, no payment... Big up Limar!

  21. Running shoes are like bicycles saddles, get one that right for you. I'd suggest you go to a proper running store and have you gait analyzed so that they can give you the right shoes for you feet. As for watches, heart rate monitors are awesome training tools but can be very expensive stop watches. If you are on discovery go for polar. Suunto and Garmin are excellent as well

IMO basics are: silicone cap goggles tri short/jammer cycling shoes helmet bike good running shoes remember "no one ever says; lets play triathlon"
