  2. Welcome to the world of mavic hubs...i've had to replace 2 freehubs in last year. If it gives up and a service doesnt fix it, then you're going to have to replace it.
  3. The muscle that cramps is your sartorius muscle. Its the longest muscle in the body. It assists in flexion, abduction and lateral rotation of hip, and flexion of knee, all movements associated with cycling. It gets overworked and tired quicker than the other muscles you use during cycling i.e quad, hamstring. It could also be that the way you' cycle puts more stress on your sartorius. Mine also cramps @ times. The more you cycle the less it will cramp. Exercise to strenghten the muscle: do the movement to similate checking under your shoe (in front of the other leg) to see if you stepped in poo. hope it helps

  11. I have both. Have a cape storm bib that i have used for 5000+ km in the previous year. Great and durable. Did the trans baviaans in it and got a big rash. Allways thought that thats just the way it is, how can another bib possible be better....till I bought a assos uno. You cant even compare the 2!! Its just way better @ everything, long distance, short distance etc. Cant believe how many hours I actually suffered with another bib. SPEND THE MONEY!!!
