  1. Now that Costa dropped out today I'm down to 5 riders. No way I can win anymore.
  2. Today's stage was crazy. Can't wait to see what it did to the scoring.
  3. Awesome! Let's do this.
  4. I a smiling. 2 years in a row. Just beating my wife to the line! She isn't impressed. Thanks again Gerald for the awesome competition. Every year we look forward to this and we spend a lot of time in picking our final teams. And thanks again to all my team members for bringing home the bacon.
  5. Thanks Tony Martin! Movin on up with me and the mrs sharing the lead.
  6. Can't wait for the TT! Time for Tony Martin to bring me some points.
  7. My team had a very good Saturday! They made a big move up the rankings.
  8. Can't wait for the Tour to start. Have to go all out to defend my title.
  9. Thanks again Gerald. I've been really close to the top the past couple of years and finally manage to get my selection spot on.
  10. Bring on the first prize then!!! I can learn to love the colour.
  11. Looks like my break might just stay clear to the end My team is Wiggins, Evans, Nibali, Froome, Cancellara, Sagan, Menchov, Cavendish and Martin. Teams: Radioshack, Sky, Garmin. I think that Nibali and Froome made the big difference on my team.
  12. Thanks Frosty! I love this competition. I just missed out on the top 3 but I'll be back next year!
  13. I can't wait to see the scores after the TT. It's going to be close..... Go Evans!!!
  14. Thor is the man! Today will be awesome! I hope my team can keep up the good work
  15. Looking forward to today's stage. Now we get to see if we picked the right riders .......
  16. Road tandems mainly use mechanical disk brakes because of the gearshift/brake levers. SRAM, Shimano and Campy road brake/shift levers use cable brakes, thus the reason for a cable disc.
  17. I bought my tandem from these guys in the US a couple of years ago. They may be able to help. http://www.tandemseast.com/parts/chainrings.html#FSA%20Chainrings
  18. Thanks Leon. I'll give you a call.
  19. I'll also be there with my MTB. I would love to join some of the local groups to get to know the area better. I also need to put in long hours for Epic.
  20. I got both the 20 degree and 15 degree cleats in the box when I bought the pedals.
  21. I've only had them for a couple of weeks. At the moment I don't have any complaints. Haven't had any issues catching rocks etc. I like the platform on the look pedal. Really easy to engage and disengage. Lot of clearance for mud and the colour is great.(I got the white ones). I used to ride the Shimano PD 540's and decided to try something different. Thus far I'm impressed, but will see how it holds up in the long run.
  22. I recently bought a set of Look Quartz Pedals. The claimed weight per pedal is 15g less than the actual weight. Claimed weight: Look Quartz Cr-Mo's ~125g/pedal = 250g total Actual weight: Look Quartz Cr-Mo's ~140g/pedal = 280g total
  23. Anyone knows who we can contact to place an order?
  24. What an awesome race. Both thumbs up!!!
  25. I think it was somewhere near R560. I know it is a lot of money for brake levers and the weight saving is almost zero, but the do look awsome!
