    I bought a helmet from the online store in June this year. It wasn’t a bad experience. I did however have to make a phone call to them just to clarify the delivery date but apart from that it was fine. Delivery took one week to Cape Town.

    Is it ok to use the single track to go into town in the mornings too? Or is it safer to go with the traffic flow on the other side? Not sure which is the safest option into town: a) hijack alley (the cycle lane) b) single track (against the traffic) c) N1 (with the traffic)

    Are you sure it isn't members of a Strava club that you're part of? I often get kudos from random guys, couldn't work out who they were... eventually realised they're part of Tygerberg MTB Club.
