    I saw a stat yesterday that was along the lines of 1st 20 test avg of 65 next 29 test avg of 33 In fairness his avg against Aus is great but I think we all know this is the Oz team of Harris, Lyon, Hughes et al and hardly the machine of the 90'2 and 00's. Warne, McGrath, Waugh, Waugh, Bevan, Gilly, Hayden ect.

    R3.50- from VA!!!! Race Food is awesome! The problem is I eat them whenever I feel puckish at home. R25 for 5 bars - its made by wedgewood and readily available.

    I already use the gels (non caffeine - peanut butter ftw!) I have previously used the GUbru but cant remember the results except that it was expensive ....

    The are using GU on course - they signed a 3 year deal so I will be using GU. No use training with 32GI and then having a more sugar rich product on course ...imho

    I haven't tried any apps yet -literally got it 2 days ago and haven't even begun to delve into the functions. Perhaps we should try different ones and feedback and see which work best? Maybe there are reviews - ill have a look on the google This watch is light years ahead of my old bryton cardio 35

    The app is available on movescount - essentially is uses an algorithm, much like the power cal. While the values might not be 100% accurate its the consistency of the data and relative values. Whether it is 300w or x does matter as all you need to be concerned about is keeping at 300w or x. I literally got it a few days ago and am still working out all the functionality

    No prob Motivation is something I also struggle with sometimes - I love the training but it becomes difficult balancing friends and gf's. Im planning on putting a couple of short youtibe vids on my phone to watch if I feel like ending session or skipping
