Has anyone used the power app for the suunto? Would be interested to see how it compare as it also uses the HR baseline

Agreed it is also my favourite race in the WC (with GWWW) Interesting that there is a new course .... not sure how they could change it. Not many other roads around

Its a great race and you get a bottle of Red in the goodie bag

Good point - im only speaking of last year (also my only experience of the race)

Lots of people use this as DC training and drop group to accomodate their team ect. It is not a huge field (last year they were just letting people go - and it was just all mixed up)

The rescue plan they need is higher ground. Cant imagine they would do well being totally flooded 3 months of the year

There is also more to this example - wasnt the cost of medicine (markup) controlled? This coupled with the buying power of clicks/deskem saw their decline. Clicks is part of a bigger group as well (musica,body shop ect) As a small 'shop on the corner' you need to do something different to compete - like the corner shop near my house. they open very early and stay open late (they also serve beer/wine from a hidden fridge at the back )
