I would guess most stories from the list are less exciting than people think. I got arrested for speeding...then paid an admission of guilt fine which was cheaper than the max allowable fine before arrest. I think I spent all of 2 hours in jail. That was enough to make me never want to be in jail again - so far so good!

Sky diving. Somehow never got around to it...there is still time :-) Most of those are pretty tame. I'm pretty sure most people ticked off a few of those on the same day!

Not everything is a conspiracy theory - I just love the product. Used it in the shop for years and it has won nearly every review/shoot out/comparison it's been in. Use it don't use it - your choice. Here is a grab from their site. I know some of their wheels have lower pressure limits but never heard of their sealant having a pressure limit. If you have some intel I'm always happy to be proven wrong.

25-28mm is a relatively common size for tubes. That will work for you. Check that the valve is long enough for your rim depth.

Use Stans Race Sealant! Road tyres have so little air to plug holes that you want a great sealant. Stans Race is the fastest, best sealant in the business. MTB (and to a lesser extent cx/gravel) tyres have tons of air to support sealing that just about any sealant will do but on road use the good stuff (especially if it is in the tubes rather than tubeless).
