Hey Guys, well i wish i could accept the credit for finalising this claim quickly but things have done nothing but go pear shaped for me on manbearpigs replacement part. It first got lost in the Us postal system for about 10 days and when it finally arrived the silly guys in the US have sent the wrong blady piece of the rear Needless to say i had a couple choice words Just an apology to manbearpig for this and i will have it rectified asap

Call them on the number again and give them the international tracking no and ask for both local tracking nos, tackle them from there Thug is correct, they often double charge the vat. If parcel is still there maybe go through to mail centre and sort out, i always find that easier than sitting on the phone

Ok so last week i started this thread, took up challenge to be down to 75Kgs by the 6th April (12Weeks) https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/94673-eish-i-cannot-believe/ Last wednesday was my first weigh in and i was 87.8Kg's and stand 179cm tall, last night was first weigh in after started diet and i have lost 2Kg's, down to 85.8Kg's The first week was mainly settling into healthy eating plan and managed 3x 4Km runs Going to be stepping things up this week so looking forward to next week weigh in

So with Sani2c rapidly approaching i need to get some training in, the idea of a commute to work once a week would be a great help. The distance is roughly 45k's each way (90k round trip) from Benoni to Mondeor in the Souff (would still need to plan a safe and enjoyable route), fortunately my parents live next door to work so showering and things should be easy. My fear is im going to be to tired to do any work during the day
