  3. It is Crap, I get a better seeding with a finish time of 4:32(riding with my wife) on the 94.7 than doing 3:32 on Value logistics Fast one.

I own a Second hand 26" camber, I always thought Spez was over priced, I walked into a Concept store over the week-end, the Bottom of the range D/S ie Camber is R25999, on par with entry level Treks and Scotts at Cycle lab, The Camber comp goes for R32000, well on par with other Similar specked bikes.

  17. There are quite a few devices that does wrist based heart rate but not cheap - starting at about R2800 (I bought my wife a second hand Garmin here on the hub for R500 and works like a charm)
  18. That looks like normal O-ring cord, go to your nearest BMG branch, it goes for about R12/meter and buy o-ring glue, its not normal super glue make sure you have a Sharp knife to make a neat cut.
