During 2006 the current CSA board was selected. This includes selectors. Gnc had a meeting prior to the Congress meeting [where selecters were voted for] at which it was decided who Gnc were going to vote for. At this meeting most club chairman were present. It is your clubs chairman representing you that helped make this decision. When it came to the voting at Congress each provinces have a number of votes they cast for every position. It is of course the same number of votes for all positions. The number of votes are determined by the number of registered cyclists your province has. [Another benefit of belonging to a club province - you have a say in things]. Your current selectors were elected on this fair and democratic basis by the people you have voted for to represent you.

One thing you are forgetting is the share going to Championchip international. Also royalties to use the equipment and branding rights and and. You are not going to go to McDonalds and put up an argument with them about their R12 hamburger which you feel is worth only R 8. you are either going to buy it from them or go somewhere else where you feel you get better value for your money or you are going without it. So why would you now want to pick an argument with Colin. Sometime things are out of your control and you can do nothing about it.

I was driving along Hendrik Potgieter on Sunday morning in a westerly direction with my son. He still commented about all the cyclists using this road. I said to him they must be nuts as it is regarded as a very dangerous road to train on. I was driving at the speed limit when a Fidilty van number 70227 decided to pass me in the emergency lane with a runner running against the flow of traffic appoaching us. Luckily the runner jumped out of the way in time to avoid the maniac driving the Fidility van. The matter was reported to Fidility this morning. Hopefully they will do something about it.
