    This exact thing happened to me. At first I thought it was a faulty battery cause I’d charge it full then ride for a short while (rear derailleur battery low) which was puzzling. Yesterday in a race my main battery died, swopped to my spare, dead. Then later tried to other batteries nothing worked. SS for 35km = legs on fire LOL. That led me to the LBC and there they told me about the pin issue. Eish, now to find POP and get a new one. Think of me peeps.

    Hoping someone can help. Avianto used to have two sets of trails. One on the property and another 20odd km over the road. Is the second part open as I came across a closed gate a few months ago. Wondering if the land owner got gatvol? Cheers hubbers

    Quite a few people have picked up injuries and then it seems like some people are struggling to travel. This race, yoh, it requires so much good fortune to not only arrive in one piece but also finish it.

    Shot for all of this the comments have been super rad. Look, coming off of the bike that I have, I know my rental is going to be a bit of a donkey, but I figured, at least I can ride!

    Had my first ever taste of Hennops. Rode the Safari, Sani, Dragon, Snake and Skeleton. Absolutely sublime! Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to get there.

    Ye, I bowed out on Sunday. Cycled to the 94.7 and cycled home and ended on 1800m ascent. I then had to go and do another 2hrs on a hill close to home and decided to hit the pool with a beer instead. Well done to the peeps still in, LOVE this challenge and the first 2 points, REALLY, got kicked my training into high gear. Cheers.

    Shimano M8000 1x11 conversion for the my Scott Spark 930. Went for a little spin yesterday. Purring like a kitten. Went for a 30T in front and 11/42 at the back. Kept my SLX crank in place.
