How do I get climbing legs? Trade in your " Walk to the fridge to get a beer" legs

You know how demanding it must be posing/Roading, You must remain skinny, you must keep up with your BFF's as to what to wear, must shave your legs, come out...... It's alot of pressure. He finally just broke down....sad
