Yoh this is pathetic. the only time i had to deal with them was with my gopro. Their mount snapped and my gopro hit the pavement at 50km/h. They just asked for my invoice and replaced the gopro and mount no questions asked. Maybe take a trip down to their offices? They in lansdowne.

I wont go momsen, friend of mine bought one two weeks ago (wont say the dealership because then i will get beaten as they have some interesting followers on here) but he gave it back last week as they couldn't get the wheels to stop leaking sealant and damaged the one wheel trying to sort it out (even send it back to my friend thinking he wont notice the damage) and the seat post bend after the first ride.

My friend (2.02) bought an XL momsen two weeks ago, send it back last week as he was told it will work for him but it didn't. He again in the market...

Yoh thats bad. I saw an add on gumtree of another bike that was stolen in Grabouw over the weekend. We had a bite to eat at Peregrine after hitting oak valley and i kept an eye on my bikes all the time because i am paranoid! Goodluck!

A friend of mine wants to buy himself a MTB. He has roughly 12k to spend. I told him to go secondhand but he wants to buy new...He is 2.02m tall and weighing in around 108kg. First try and educate them. maybe they dont know its the clubs routes/private property as they can enter from a lot of different spots. Then if the same person gets caught again, with the land owners permission, get them arrested for trespassing. I live on one of the farms on the route and even i am a member of the club. If 1 or 2 people are used to make an example of then so be it. At least the word will spread to all the rogue riders and they will then become members. Also check out strava who's riding a segment on the club routes and cross check with the members list. With today's internet you can find anything about anyone without too much peaty.

If you can afford it go shimano but i have avids and i've made peace with the noise and now just live with it. except for the noise i have no issues with them.
