  3. put a plastic bag over your sock and it will keep the warmt inside get a pair of surgical gloves and wear them under your nirmal gloves just trim the points on each finger so some of the sweat can try dump the rubber in a bin when you finish this will keep your hand and feet a little warmer

  7. while I am in the market for some great wheels and I cant make up my mind yet can you guys please tell me who of you uses carbon and what brand I know this is in another price class but I am trying to get some info can really find them anywhere in SA Online for now, just the nornal wheels those easton carbon wheels look great any idea on their price and who stocks them in SA?

  10. just checked them out they are 1.68kg so not that light and rim tape and it will go sligtly up looks like very srong wheels though

I hav e been cosidering the American classic race for some time my wife race them and they are great wheels for her weight-50kg I have used them before and they are great but apparently although im stll inline with their weight restriction my type of riding.. not the best lines..love the more technical stuff..and riding it on a HT.. seems like they wont last me too long. I am 88kg. weigh of wheels are important for me any suggestion and please mention weight of wheels and price if you know Budget is R8000 ..10K max thx

  20. what a stuff up at the end. nice route except for the last 10km or so, too expensive and i will be doing some of the other local races next year
  21. I used to have the 310 but i broke it this wekend on a race, waiting on the insurance nd then i will have to decide between the 500 or the 910xt Do any of you have both? I do a bit of running so the 500 wont work for that but do any of you have the 910xt, does it give you all the cycling info aswell? thx
