Contact this chap, explain to him (via Mail/sms/ however you have delt with him) that you have given him enough time. Tell him you give him one day to provide a trac no of your parcell, there after you will; 1. name and shame, and 2. Go to police and open a fraud case. Good luck.

Take it back, If it was working when you took it in, and now not. Dont do any ajustments - take it back - when I notice something like this after anyone worked/serviced my stuff (car/bike or what so ever) I call them and informed then imed. and take it back asp. Then nobody can say you skrewed around or why didnt you phone us....

Try some Formula Rotors. 160mm weight is about 86grm. Around the R600 mark for two There are very light rotors avail... Carbon Ti, weigh about 20grms lighter at +/- 2.5k each...
