Pity for Platt but Nico Bell was flying. My money was on Platt, even with his injury but Bell surprised me. He didn't even seem tired at the end. Maybe when I am big I too can ride like these men. Oh wait, I am big. Was awesome to see the boys racing.

His family were at the scene of his heart attack. Very distraught, understandably. Big strength to each of them. I'm very sad and I didn't even know Wayne.

This new no carb lifestyle works for me. Never felt better. I have lost 9 kgs in 2 months and have loads more energy. Much more endurance stamina on the bike as well. Haven't had refined carbs in 2 months. Give it a try

Shocking race.........bike totally stuffed because of the mud. Mud was mixed with cow dung and human faeces. Will give this a swerve next time.
