I use the normal ones that come with the cable set

You will not need to reset the FD cable on an ongoing basis. I cannot remember when last I had to reset mine. If your settings does go out, loosen the cable bolt and pull the cable a bit tighter and it should be back to normal

My bike has internal cables and I don't have any problems with cable tension settings. Just set your FD as you normally would

So, it seems that the UCI wants to adopt new safety regulations for wheels in 2014 according to reports on bikeradar, cyclingnews etc. I wonder how this would affect chinese rims, amongst others. If I pitch up at a race and my wheels are not approved, will I be asked to go home? Will we be forced to buy only brand name wheels if we want to race with them? Will this benefit their bank balances more, or is there a real safety concern? What are your thoughts on this?

We really love it. My wife does not cycle and horse riding is something we both enjoy. It is like mtbing out in nature, except your ride has a mind of its own

I prefer road cycling. Tried mtbking, but did not enjoy it that much. If I want to get out into nature, I throw my leg over my four legged "ride" and take to the trails. Also, it is something my wife does with me
