  3. If I'm giving these BSG events a bash, "to get into the sport" do have to have a wetsuit, it's just that they are *** baie moneys..

  5. Despite getting off your arse to cycle, is there a method that you guys follow... Like certain heart rate, my wife old gym instructor said that one needs to up the the heart rate, but to where?? Ideas??

  11. Sorry the original poster, don't enjoy hogging a post. But some say............... The pool doesn't replicate the ocean or dam that you will swim in. And all of us - I assume work....... So that leaves the pool and darkness, and I feel water is water.. What you guys say?

  23. Hi, I for one enjoy riding in the mountains, but as a personal I want to do the 94.7 road event. Now the problem comes in that I don't own a road bike and was hoping to find out if any hubbers know where I might rent a road bike. Do to the 94.7 is probably ill-advised but still considering it. Thanks
