    I thoroughly enjoyed the race 63km was tough but was little bit of everything,even though felt like I was the last person to come in glad I finished, at 1 water point bar ones coke, guys to lube chain and set gears if any problems,what more can you ask 4, the end of race nice vibe with all the vendors to cater for your needs, good race will def be back next year

    Those bikes are very unique go to all lbs in the area crown, olympic etc and leave pics of the bike tell them to contact you incase some guys try and sell them there,I live a few roads away from you that's why my bike in my house no where else need it close to me when I sleep :-) sorry for your loss though

    I have a pair of mr price mtb shoes and been using them for past 3 years and today went up tokia and did the loop around silvermine reservoir no problems,but its time to upgrade now as the old faithfulls does not match the new bike :-)

    The worst part is when we hit fish hoek after the circle in cat3 the first set of robots there was no marshalls there cars where going on as normal had to dodge a few cars

    Thanks for the heads up as I normally cycle down jan smuts to meet up with my club for club rides on weekends. rather going to ride with car to meet up with club from now onwards.

    I paid for a new bb gxp for my sram red crank 250 at chris willemse a few months back

    I had the same sound when I pedal hard but the sound was actually coming from my bb,my lbs told me that its from grit and water getting in the bb and when I pedal hard I experience the same thing , solution took my crank and bb off clean and greased it up and was good to go sound gone
