This time tomorrow i will have coughed both lungs up over the concrete strips and suffering like a mofo......... Bring it on :-)

Last year we made a spot in the middle, most of us knew someone so it was easy. I reckon the person with the loudest or strangest bike should make a spot that way we know what to look for. Otherwise watch the bar. If you see a short scotsman going back to the bar many times in a short space of time looking thirsty thats me :-)

If all else fails you can push her up the hills, she won't shout at you

Hey Kerry won't let me help her except just keep giving her food and gels so it's her pace and her pace only. Do you think double doses of gels will help :-)

Yeah rouxtjie, myself and Typhoon tapered well on Tuesday night for the VG race........

I am riding with the GF so will hanging out much further back in the pack. All good for me cause it means I can drink more beer each day :-)

Going to be fun weekends ahead, VG race this Sat, Seychelles the next 2 weeks then TOWERS. Wish every month went something like that. Not sure what beach and beer will do for the towers training though :-)

Good question, plus not sure if that one point is entrance or exit. I see lots of walkers if wall end is the entrance especially if you come down that steep rocky section onto the bridge (when u zoom in) if it is the exit at the wall and up that section again walking up. So how many people can stand on the bridge

Looks like std VG floating bridge. Dodgy looking but you make it over :-) Ok so once the existing bridge did collapse when my nephew went over. Wish i had been there with my camera
