  1. You dont need cone spanners for the XT M775 wheels, Shimano has gotten clever (read copied campy) and you now use allen keys to open the hubs.
  2. If I had the dosh, my bike would be smothered in SRAM XX!!!
  3. Turn your handlebars parallel to your top tube so that your front wheel is at a right angle to the frame, then rock the bike back and forth. If there is still play then its your headset. If there is only a knock when you squeeze front brakes with the front wheel in its normal position, then it could be the fork.
  4. What Shamals are they? Ultra's or the older type?? And its Campagnolo.
  5. Having a constructors title for MTB is a bit like having a constructors title for tennis. Wilson took the title in 2002..YEAH!! SFW!!
  6. IS NO-ONE GOING TO TELL ME WHICH SEATPOST, HANDLEBAR, GROUPSET, FORK AND PEDALS TOOK THE CONSTRUCTORS TITLE!!!!????
  7. Seriously now, which groupset and fork took the constructors title??
  8. I hope you are not lowranking a Raleigh?? Nothing wrong with mine Not at all!! You just don't need to tell people you think you're special to ride a Raleigh.
  9. Put Burry on a Raliegh and he'll still win - its got stuff all to do with the brand of frame. A frame does not a champion make. What about his groupset?? Didn't that take the constructors title as well?? And his seatpost?? And Fork?? Veloce2009-10-07 23:49:33

  13. Its Campagnolo's signature G3 spoke lacing pattern with a 2:1 ratio. In other words, more spokes on the drive side of the wheel to aid with rigidity. As for the spokes in groups of 3...prolly a marketing thing, but it looks mighty fine!!
  14. Yo Yang!! See you there!

  17. Preventative maitainence is the answer here. Once a month loosen the seatpost bolt, rotatate seatpost back and forth, re-tighten. 1 minute 12 seconds well spent. Veloce2009-09-04 01:28:47
