  1. Does anybody know how to correctly set FTP in Garmin connect? I go to Settings - Training Zones - Cycling - Power Zones and enter it there but whenever I download a ride it uses a much lower number which skews the IF and TSS numbers?
  2. They extended cut-off by 15 min as the distance was 5km further
  3. You will need to plan ahead - currently 4 - 5 week wait list in the US
  4. Not yet available in SA, should hopefully not be too long
  5. $699 for an accurate power meter with ANT + and bluetooth
  6. Yup, Sram options are def limited but should be fine for what I get up to
  7. Mate is travelling in the States, best value for money option I reckon.
  8. I am technically incompetent and am looking to install a stages power meter (basically a new left crank) on my two bikes - 2012 Trek Madone 6.9 SSL with SRAM Red 2013 Specialised Epic Marathon Mtb with Sram XO On the Stages website they have a GXP and BB30 crank options for SRAM, which is correct?? The Specised website shows the BB as a PF30?
  9. I think you might be surprised how much training top Mtbers actually do on road bikes. Take Karl, Sauzer Rabon etc all doing Argus
  10. Full story is completely irrelevant and doesn't justify the actions. I do not want to live in a country where mob justice rules.
  11. You can fit in 8 - 12 hours a week and the title is "Not much time to train"?!?
  12. Scott Lin- has the new MIPS technology
  13. Any idea where I can see the results?
  14. You sound a bit nuts!
