Great pics Ronelle ! Thank you. We came down from JHB and Louis Trichard for our first DC, it was an awesome experience. The Cape is by far the most beautiful province. These two of our team is Lappies from club 100 in Louis Trichard and Leon from cycle Lab in JHB. We will be back next year for second one for sure.

At R100 a class you obviously do it for the love of it. Sheesh, scratch that off my list of potential part time jobs. ? For a part time job it's nothing.? But if you gonna go spinning in anyway, why not sit in the front and get paid for it.? I am currently getting nothing while sitting and sweating there Yeah, I am going to do the class anyway so way not get paid for it PLUS I do not pay gym fees because I'm an instructor. I use the gym not only for spinning but do weight training with every session plus I use their swimming pool ( cause I don't have one at home ) And in the winter it is much nicer to go to a warm gym than to freez your arse off outside. Plus there is always something for the eye as well

Just a question, what did the guys use in the old days ( talking about early 1900's to around Merckx's time ) to dope with ? Was it stuff like painkillers, because you needed it for those 300 km stages

Very nice bike Ox. Bought the exact same one for the wife of the hub from Jay a few months back. It is a very good buy and a great bike ! Super strong and very light.

The only negative thing I can say of her, with experience, she give's a crappy slipstream
