I just entered the Ronde van Vlaanderen (OK, the funride edition!) and will be riding De Muur a day before the pro's on 3 March!!!!? Can You tell I'm excited?? (For those who don't know anything about cycling history: the Ronde is like the Argus but in Belgium.? Only Belgians are funny, they only care about the Pro edition.) ? The Stonehaven races were about R60 - R80 not more than a year ago ? We also decided to do 2 races per month rather than the 3 from last year to save some money.

Linus rode with us in The Young and the Restless I thought it was some overseas team that entered. You guys were very lucky to have these 2 great riders in your teams. Here is a picture just after the race of me and Linus. He is already dressed to hit on some wimmen

I think he was riding with a German team that came to do the race. They had dark blue and white clothes on. He did not enter and did not have a chip on. He jumped in after about 2 km into the race at the top of the first drag out of town, that's where I saw him the first time standing alone next to the road. I think he is here to maybe do some nice base training. He said to me he wasn't happy with his position in this year's Tour so he might start his prep a bit earlier for next year

Well it was close to 40 degrees at that stage and I don't think anyone was enjoying it It is now the 3rd race in the Cape that I have done were I rode next to a TdF yellow jersey rider, you guys are very lucky to have them there. We never see anyone up here in the Gangster's Paradise, he says the traffic is to bad in Pta and JHB.

He also talked on his Black Berry going up Oude Tradouw Pass and it looked like he sent a sms or twitter message while climbing as well.
