  2. Hahaha! My great loves in this world, bicycles, and gadgets. In this case, wonderful gadgets for my bicycles!
  3. Amen to that, I have 4 fantastic pairs of Rudy's, collectively bought for the price of 1.
  4. 910XT with the quick release kit. The bees knees. Swim. Bike. Run.
  5. That screenshot came through fine.
  6. Nah Bobbo, no one here gives a continental about that. Just bring on the pichas!
  7. Looks like this:
  8. Suspenders are killing me...
  9. Morph, for some reason I can't see any of your pics?
  10. So, this may be a bit of a unique obsession, but here goes anyway... Let me firstly be frank and state, I am a data nazi. I want all my metrics on all my devices all the time. There, said it. Now, I have been using Trainerroad with Ant+ sensors and my Computrainer for a long time, with my road bike and a Garmin 910XT. I have also been using a Powertap with my Garmin 910xt on my Tribike. The annoying thing has been that, when on the Computrainer, I get no power data in the Garmin (Powertap is on the OTHER bike, remember). SUFFER NO MORE. The awesome team at Trainerroad have added a feature called TrainerRelay which, wait for it... Wait for it... Wait for it... TRANSMITS THE COMPUTRAINER DATA OUTWARDS VIA ANT+ !!! All you now do is add it as a powermeter on your Garmin bike profile and Bob's your uncle, you have the POWER! Damn, I am so excited I am going to go do a session right now!
  11. This morning I laughed when someone started extolling the relative virtues of 2x10. I was wrong, I apologise. (...but I wasn't the one crying up Kingskloof, see rule 3 above.)
  12. BikeSafe is nice, but HUGE. Swallows my large 29er, or my Tri-bike with ease.
  13. A little summing summing for my wife... 650B and Lefty on a Zula. (If you try this, 2.1 is the biggest you can go in the back. Thanks for the patience JB...)
  14. Guy has a problem. Other guy has the solution and a price. Guy is willing to pay. Problem solved. Not our problem, solution or price. Let the free-market system do its thing, or take the time to perfect the service required to fix the problem.
  15. T1, T2, massage tent, beer tent. In that order.
  16. +1 on that armband.
  17. Pros at IM don't have any cars following them. The closest is a tech area, which you can also use, amd there is a roaming tech-van which does help out. as per flyguysa above, you will pay for spares after. you can't change wheels etc, or your frame. You certainly don't need extra wheels or that many spares. In your tubby bag, you want 2 bombs with head, tyre levers, multi tool, spare tube ( if clinchers ), spare tubby if tubbies. Should you cut a sidewall, use an empty gel sachet as a gaiter. (Not relevant for tubbies). Despite the references to tubbies, unless you are a top-ten contender, I would be riding clinchers regardless. The "fixability" far outweighs the little bit of rolling benefit of tubbies. This year, really strong winds etc, I rode a PRO clincher disc and a 50mm Mavic Cosmic front. Changed the front in the morning from an 88mm. Good call as it turns out. What you DO want to have in your special needs bag is a light weatherproof top for if the weather turns, some food, specifically food other than the goo and juice you will be chugging.
  18. OW swimming on your own is dangerous and unwise. Emmarentia is fine Heritage Base9 ski dam near Tembisa Heya Safari if the hippos aren't around Bass Lake is lovely, but closed at the moment I think.
  19. Beautifully done Jacques.
  20. "Boldenone undecyclenate is a very popular steroid. This steroid is only available legally at a veterinarian clinic." Guess that blows out the "medical reasons", unless there are even bigger issues...
  21. I had the limited edition Black and Gold Coke one, won it in yo-yo competition!
  22. FARG! That is beautiful! Well done Zork, you will need to explain to my wife what just happened to my shorts...
  23. 7 or 8, Raleigh Grifter which I bent, followed by a blue and silver Kuwahara with blue plastic wheels, my dream bike!
