The Sram shifters cannot work with the shimano derailers because they work on a different pull ratio however a sram cassette is compatible with shimano and vice versa

to be honest i would go for the felt out of personal prefferance but take dries' suggestion very seriously you could pick up a second hand bike for a steal and have better components and you might not have to upgrade for a while

Dude there is no difference in mechanics at all i race on a dura ace cassette4 and train on either an ultegra or 105 cassette depends on which wheels i feel like riding my other components are a mix and match of ultegra dura ace and 105 so the main difference is the materials used and the weight not much else there is no danger to you or your bike if you mismatch components on your bike

Go for a proper set up and if that wont help then the guy doing the set up will suggest which shoes should be better for you

Ouch what did you do wrong turtle? skate the wrong way around on the ice? or spend to much time on the hub during working hours? Was accused of theft and not given a hearing or anything was sent to a polygraph and even though i passed it seems like the boss has a personal vendetta against me due to feeling threatened so looks like i will be going to the CCMA for legal help due to unfair dismissal!!!!
