we wont be interfering as we will be going longer routes was just thinking that maybe we could meet up while on the ride and then have a chat with the guys as well seeing as we will all be suffering with those hills

check the spacers on your steerer tube they should not move if they do then its your headset if its your fork stantions then only your front wheels will be moving slightly forward and back

also check that your skewer is on tight enough!!!

well impey i am just out of the age bracket and was thinking that maybe stof and a few others must go down and then just meet up with you guys on the rides instead will make the rides a whole load better

hahahahahahaha yea you should see how much of an issue it is for the bouncers because it is such a "POSH" club hehehhe i almost got thrown out the last time but managed to stay because apparently it was quite a hit with the barlady
