most people have too much pressure on thier hands because thier core strength is not up to scratch or thier bars are too low for them. try turning your stem up and also start working on your core because the less you have to rely on your hands for balance the more enjoyable your riding will be

yea exactly my thoughts as well if it is set up properly then te only rub you will get is the chain trying to jump up into the big ring thanks to the pick up's on the chainring

with sram red they have designed the front derailer so that there will be no derailer rub in any gear selection thanks to a wider cage on the derailer so if the gears are set properly they will not need any trim adjustment and you could run in any gea rwithout having the annoying grating on the derailer

i dont understand why people complain about cleaning the fizik tape it takes alittle bit longer then cork tape and actually stays white where as cork tape goes brown after a few washes no matter what

the second picture reminds me of Calvin beneke at junior tour this year the one tem manager was holding onto his bike while trying to fix his gears and oll of a sudsden the kombi moved and prctially threw Calvin into the kombi before he landed in the bushes thank goodness for calvin's quick reactions or else he would have left his arms and legs in the middle of the road
