owen it wont be because of the make of pedals i have had shimano time look and speedplay squeak because of play on the bearings Larry hold the pedal on the base of the pedal and pull up and down if there is play there might be part of your problem other parts that could squeak are your bottom bracket your crank arms that are not tightened correctly and possibly even your headset or the front wheel quick release springs that are worn

and you are also an idiot for wearing underwear with yur cycling shorts, it all comes down to personal prefference and if you dont want to wear your helmet after a race it is nobody elses problem!!!

ok here is the thing cycling is my job as in i ride so that one day i can comfortably say that i dont have to walk into an office and have to moan about why i am there so by saying that i must do all my training with my buddies in single file is absurd!!!! not only do i ride two abreast for a good reason being that a motorist can see two cyclists easier than a row of single file cyclists but if we had to all ride single file all the time there would be a lot more punctures for us because we are then forced into the guter by trucks and motorists alike yes i dont agree with riding 3 or 4 abreast but logic and road rules state that cyclists can ride up to 1.5 metres into the road which is a safe and yet also dangerous place at the same time now all of you are going to nail me for this but it is the same as every other complaint riding without a helmet riding through red robots it is a complaint that will always happen to come up so live with it and lets just all be friends oh ya generalisations are not exactly good for cycling as a community i think we should all just rather try to get along weather we are roadies mtbers trackies and trail riders because at the end of the day we all do this for the same reason TO ENJOY OURSELVES!!! and if you have to moan the whole time you even think about a bicycle then i know for a fact you are not enjoying yourself cheers rant over i going to ride!!! best idea that i ever got and has worked for me is the coin test tap the coin over a piece of carbon that you can see doesnt have any abrasions and then tap it over the affected/suspected part and if the tone changes then get it checked out by a guy who knows what he is talking about christie is 100percent correct all those methods either dont work or are just scary to see and if they do work they are very expensive

thats a novatec hub and as far as i know they are normal cup and cone bearings

check that your skewers are tight and that your cone springs are not worn out or twisted could be from that

this looks almost like the old bennotto i used to ride back when i was very small would you be able to get a picture of the whole bike???

i have never had the problem of my rock shock compressing with lockout on i have seen one or two cheaper rock shocks compressing with lockout on but that was because they were coil sprung forks not air

i rode a bianchi with shimano because i couldnt afford campy now that shimano has priced itself out the market i will be upgrading once again to campy in a few months on the bianchi however i am going for sram on the merida because i want white shifter hoods

if louis garneu have your size go for the LG carbon T flex just enough flex in the toe area to aid walking but stiff carbon plate on the pedalling area to make your riding as comfy as a road shoe!!

rather go for oko sealant with a bit of ryder sealant mix half half and you should have a brilliant sealant mixture used it at duzi and worked like a bomb
