in my opinion you get a good wrench and really bad ones a good one will work under a reputable name with a lot of experience in the work place and make sure that his work is his own fault if things go wrong While a really bad wrench is one that will do a sloppy job and blame the user for his mistakes fair enough you get the odd mistake that is the users and the wrench gets blamed BUT all in all my point is that if you want a good service you will go to a guy who is open and honest about what he will do to your bike from the word go not a guy who works out of a dingy little tool box with no actual word of mouth refferences in south africa you have guys that have been in the bike industry for years and can actually talk from experience and these guys often are working on bikes well over the R50000 price bracket such as summit cycles and cycle lab but at the end of the day i have heard nothing but good reports from summit and nothing but bad from cycle lab in the end i would rather take my bike blindly to summit because of the reports i have heard on thehub and around cycling circles in the end you can only take your bmw to a city golf mechanic once because you know for a fact that the car will never be the same again!!!turtlek2009-05-27 02:41:16

WOW you complain so much!!!! if you dont like that you were riding in the most amazing scenery and soem of the most untamed area that you might never ride in again then damn you really need to check why you are riding a mtb i love that race purely because it is not too technical that you have to get off and walk the whole time but it is technical enough to seperate guys that deserve to be up front the soft sand made for some awesome riding and the descents are some of the best ever (try releasing that brake lever) yes the water tables were understocked but what do you expect a 5 course meal??? this post makes me remember why i havent been on the hub and posting for a while!!!! oh ya and if you are wondering about my race i had 5 punctures a snapped chain a shift lever that came loose i lost my water bottles and i broke my skewer on my back wheel so before you start complaining about meaningless things rather thank your lucky stars that you had a great smooth ride!!!

It has been around for quite a while in the Kuota bikes on the road bikes especially it adds stiffness and predictability in steering while also shedding weight in an unlikely place due to stresses that are available there in short it saves weight helps with strength because of the bigger tube and also helps with rigidty and handling!!!

Hi Guys and Girls As you all know i have been a very active member of the hub for a year now and at times been chirped and i have chirped back (which i might add is what made the hub fun!!) But there comes a time in ones life when you have to weigh up your options and one of my options was to become a guy like HR using many gigs of internet usage trying to catch up to him on post count... BUT that is just not me as a person i am not on the hub to compete with anybody for popularity and i sure don't want to try and mess with anybody's opinions of themselves by chirping them my other option was to put my money where my mouth is (or in this case fingers) and go and prove to Myself and the people who have doubted me and put me down in the past that i can make it so now here it is many of you might have noticed that i have been very quiet lately and i have cut down on posting quite considerably but even if you didnt notice oh well thats not my problem or yours!!!
