Interesting topic and some scary responses on ritalin. I struggle with ADHD and have to use Concerta to aid in concentration. Unfortunately it has its positives and negatives. On my latest research I have found that L-Glutamine aids in concentration and Glutamic acid has almost the same outcome as concerta, but I havent tried it yet. Why do I know all this some may ask? Because I really have a concentration problem unlike some people that abuse substances. Do I like Concerta? No! That **** keeps my brain so busy that it leads to insomnia and appetite loss and I really like my food. Best things that I have found in my research is that Amino acids play a really big role with your brain as it is also considered a brain protein.

Hi guys, really needing some advice here. My friend recently started cycling, but he struggles with his testicles after each ride. I advised him to get a ISM saddle, but that didnt work either as it was rubbing his legs on the inside. Anybody else have this kind of problem?
