I was wondering of some of you is commuting into the Cape Town CBD with the bike in the mornings and out in the afternoon I?m starting in B?Fell and have the following route in mind: Will go over the Welgemoed Golf Course hills, straight over and through Edgemead till you get the Bosmansdam Rd, then go towards the Wooden bridge in Milnerton and than on that road towards Paarden eiland and in @ the Harbour Gate, out on the other side at the KIKS entrance. I don?t want to go on the (N1) at paarden eiland, rather slip through the harbour. I?m also going to do the route over a weekend to get the time it?s going to take. Is there any of you who is doing the commuting thing and knows a better route to take? Thinking of leaving home @ 5h30 -5h45 from Sept

Say for instance you buy a XTR Groupset, we all now that you get "top pull" or down pull or both types of front derailers (all completely different products So , based on what bike frame you got, these things differ and can fit or dont fit, what about the tube diameters of these frames. So if you buy a groupset and that part dont fit, than you are in trouble. Yes, its good that there is someone that offer cheaper prices, but on High end, expensive stuff, its a risk. If something is wrong with a product he sold to you, he will do the same as oter shops will do... Go back to the supplier and replace / fix or whatever the supplier agree on.
