ok, a new product is hitting last week this month. I went the other day to CWC to have a thing done on my mtb and a guy was in the shop. Just showing CWC the first sample. I made myself a waterbottle holder attached to my seatpost (on my mtb). My frame is a small and can only take 1 x 500ml water bottle. My holder is basically that attachment you use for your light, I screw a bolt and nut through a plastick waterbottle holder. Now it can hold a x-tra waterbottle behind my seat on the seatpost They saw something like this, and they are now going to have that on the market. I just hope he took my advice and add two "screw in" places on the sides and you can add the bombs in as well.popeye2008-01-08 06:20:21

But what put them apart is "How they handle a issue" When you take it in for a service, test ride it afterwards and find a fault or something you dont like: When you takes it back and they do not take responsibillity but tells you "Did you play around with gear settings, Did you knock the back deraileer, etc" its time to move on. If they fix it without made you think its your fault or caused by you, stay with them. Next time they will be more aware that you do come back and service will improve.
