  1. I rode most of the 40km today Lots of slippery mud. Tires were clogged up, cleats and pedals too. I apologise in advance to those Im going to hold up when I walk some of the tricky stuff.
  2. Im starting in "H", should be around lunch time then...
  3. Spykerbomb ?
  4. It hardly seems fair does it. We work our butts off for a good downhill which just passes in a fraction of the time.... Ski lift?
  5. Im guessing the routes are not marked yet.
  6. I are going to k@k on this one. Hope there aren't too many bottlenecks; glad to hear about the "dual tracks"
  7. Dont think he has done one. Much confusion... On my torso, piece about 22cm long and about 16cm wide
  8. He is actually also my tattoo artist and does murals and stuff too. Website: http://seanperrins.com e-mail: info@seanperrins.com He is a bit slow responding to e-mail as he is always very booked up. Im having work done, but he can only fit me in in like a months time
  9. I can ask, you wanna post a pic of the type of helmet?
  10. So lets do a quick re-cap. Bikes can be: sprayed anodised (aluminium) painted + airbrush powder coated Powder coating limits colours too much, and chips easily - no? and the others?
  11. Most definitely!
  12. What method would this be? Scuze my ignorance.
  13. This one of his is clearly not airbrush, but I dig it so thought I'd share
  14. This is an airbrush of Natalie Dutoit done by my guy.
  15. Does the paint chip too much, cant it be covered with a clear lacquer of some sort?
  16. I quite fancy the idea. Something subtle though, different... but subtle.
  17. I know such an artist, but street/ grafitti artists arent necessarily good with the airbrush etc.... although, this guy I know is....
  18. Nobody? Is it too uncool in SA?
  19. Do any of you hubbers have custom paint jobs on your bikes? Not just colours, but detail too, like:

  22. Nooit! Dont believe it. I got a Giant pomp from SW, and it worked exactly once... But apart from quality, I found a pomp that has worked flawlessly since I got it, and is wider so has a bigger volume for less pomping of big MTB tires. Only about R500, and I use it before I ride. Bombs I take with for on the ride.
  23. Yup
