  1. Mr Bornman is probably astute enough not to comment here as he can see that we all know the deal anyway.
  2. Business and service providers must be open to criticism on this or any other forum as it keeps them in line and levels up; remembering of course that they too have the right to post a response. So actually what should happen here according to the T's&C's is that he should charge you a full deposit amount for each time you changed the date etc, and he should pay you once for the one he couldn't make. If he followed the T's$C's, you would be looking at more than you have paid. Maybe don't shout so loud about it.
  3. ? Is it not so lekka?
  4. Logwood – 2012-Sep-16 Ride Groups: Green, yellow, red and blue Ratings - Technical: 6/10 Hills: 7/10 Distance: 16 (Green) 30 (Yellow) 38 (Others) Starting Time: 7h00 for 7h30 Ride Description: Come and ride the 2011 Logwood Classic MTB route (well the route it was supposed be which is much better than what actually transpired) - it’s the Beauty and the Beast of mountain biking. Beautiful technical tidbits, and beastly hills, with our all time favourites….water crossings! Ok, now that we have scared the green group rider's half to death, they will ride the Logwood Fun Ride route. The remaining groups will ride the 30km Logwood Classic lap, possibly with a start loop. Visitors welcome at the rides at R30 per visitor. Directions: Take Beyers Naude towards Honeydew, past Garden World Nursery and 800m past Oakfield Farm, turn right at the Old Nooitgedacht road (R114 -Diepsloot) and travel approx. 1km down into a dip, turn left there, at the Logwood Village sign (by the squatter camp). Travel to the T-Junction, turn right and follow the awful sand road with ruts. Approx. Half km further on your left, is Logwood Village. 16. Took this a few months back; apparently its dodgier now.
  17. Of course it is marketing. But there is plenty of sound science behind pressure points and contact points, be it rugby boots, cricket spikes or bike pedals.
  18. They look pretty nice and all, but something that struck me is when he mentioned the importance of a large contact surface, was how some just keep loving pedals like eggbeaters
  19. Do you pay when entering or just before a specific date?
  20. It's easy to take a swim from the bridge.
  21. Nice video... I gotta gets me a GoPro

  23. Agreed - I didnt dispute No problem - it is my opinion and based on more than this incident I agree, he is a crybaby and a box
  24. As far as I understand there are 2 basic ideas and saddle types, the more rounded center ones, and the flatter ones. I have a Selle Italia SL that I just cant use (because I dont like being numb from nuts to hips), but my Spez Phenom is much better for me. I guess you need to figure out which shape works best for you.
