The route I use along the cycle lane till the Obs turnoff (old breweries) and go down lower main road till Lisbeek park way to Rondebosch.

Start in Green point and ride past camps bay towards chappies to cape point and I'm sure you will find a few strong riders on route.

It takes a matter of seconds for a car to overtake a another car, but for us cyclists we take far longer to overtake a fellow cyclists. so I guess the traffic cop will have to take that into account when deciding weather we are riding two abreast or overtaking! I normally take like 5min or so.... have a laugh!!!

I only go to my Chiro to be realigned, never for rehab! It only aggravates the problem if you have an exiting condition.

Can anyone confirm if the route has been effected by the storm. I road through cape point and the place was a tip with various areas barricaded off due to land slides...
