Nope, he's talking about the bottom of the blinds. It's bloody difficult to get it even as there are 3 separate strings controlling the drop, and the clamp doesn't clamp them all at the same time. So I ended up just getting it at the proper position and tying the strings together. as long as the clamp is activated *just so* it stays level. trying to get it level by just tugging on one string is a recipe for insanity.
