Slightly off topic - how do you get on the waiting lists for these races (S2C ect) How do you know when the entries opened, did you have to pay to get on the waiting list?

bit battered and bruised but nothing as serious as the bruised ego... but most importantly my bike was ok

Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it!! .... it was a lap race so had done it a couple of times, when then... suddenly... all unexpectedly... my bike dug up a rock under the sand as I descended and stopped... with immediate effect... I on the other hand carried on going down the descend.... and was on the ground before I even knew about it. Mr Bones says they wasn't anything I could have done... and at least he didn't laugh

I wasn't laughing so much when I came off my bike this weekend on a drop off..... ... I blame it on my tireness with the flu, wasn't supposed to be on my bike in the first place

Time sounds good to me....think I will have to give CM a miss as well then, no way I'll get up early enough otherwise
