  1. Any last minute entries available or someone not going anymore/replacement?
  2. Same here. Entered. whoop whoop
  3. Absolutely. Saw on the website entries closed last Friday already. Was hoping the organizers saw the message from Chainless and Brakeless and already answered him. Will email them later and post feedback here.
  4. Any answer yet? I am also looking...
  5. I would say probably towards an eduro rig. Does not climb that great to be honest. Lets put it this way. I wont take it for a 60km CX race or stage race. The Spitty is more playful where the Prime a tank that allows you to make errors and still make it out in one piece.
  6. Agree Hairy...it's weird to feel 'content' with a frame. That's exactly how I feel about the Prime frame. Every time I get the upgrade itch I ask myself...so what can I get that's better than what I already have...then my inner voice reply. Shop your SH!T and go ride your bike.
  7. The Prime that Droo & Savage organized for me.

  9. Ride in peace my friend. May sunshine kiss your face and the wind always be from behind. May beauty be before you.... May beauty be above you... May beauty be all around you... And may beauty be home inside you
  10. Point taken. Guess I am just grumpy that I have to deal with SAPO to save a Randella. I see the value and the fact that some hubbers actually use the platform to run businesses make sense wrt margin etc. As you were...
  11. Hey fellow hubbers...I don't want to be THAT guy but ...!!! What's the general feeling/rules about ordering from CRC at huge discounts and selling it for a 25% plus markup on the hub. I hate to see my fellow riders pay so much and I recon these sellers won't honor product warranties that CRC would. Recon there is a market for getting these items immediately and not having to deal with SAPO and customs etc. But the question is should seller be open and honest about this. PS: Flame-suite On...
  12. While we are talking about classified etiquette. What's up with this new trend in the classifieds that every second ad does not have any pictures...whatsapp/SMS me for images seems to be the new standard. If you are to lazy to upload a pic don't advertise!!! I totally understand if you are selling a race entry you don't need pics. Recon most hubbers don't want to hunt for your contact details and engage via another platform to get the information required to asses if they want to buy your product on offer.
  13. Also look at Lyne components. They are local and very well priced. http://www.lynecomponents.com/dropper-posts
  14. Hey guys. I am building my first AM bike (29er) and have the following tyres in my garage ibex 2.4, spez butcher 2.3 and spez purgatory 2.3. What should I run front? Or sell the spez and get Magic M for the front. Thanks
  15. Exactly. I have 3x ikons and 2 x ardents in my garage. Its a great CX combo but we need rubber for our enduro and DH rides. Give us some options and I will gladly post some pics.
  16. I fly Emirates to Dubai every 2 weeks and my bike travel with me all the time. Never had an issue.
  17. Seems I have a trail to go explore this weekend. Thanks for the great review.
  18. Ah thanks Gummi. I didn't see that one one. Guess we can delte this thread and continue on the man cave one.
  19. You are 100% on the money there. I am loosing my mind because bike upgrades are way to expensive and I can't feed the ever growing addiction to add bling
  20. I know...I have a wanted add up looking for a fork...
  21. Pic now attached
  22. Hey hubbers. Because bike parts are so #### expensive I started to play with the idea how I could upgrade the way I store my bike to distract me from my bike upgrade addiction. I ordered a few brackets right here on hubland and tonight I dusted off my powertools (read drill) and transforemed my one garage wall. So lets start a new thread and get some pics of how bike storage should or should not look like. Here is my one.
  23. Agree. Was a fast and fun ride. The little town "gees" made my day. BIG shoutout to the peeps at the waterpoint on top of the loooong hill. Cheering us on in their yellow hats
