    I have the new Adv 12 Skin. Its light and much much better than my old Camelback one. It fits tight against your body, so you don't even feel it when you running.

    I am using one. He is really very good. Monitoring my runs everyday and really push me to run faster and stronger. And also gives me feedback everyday. He works out specific program to what your needs are and what you want to run. My coach are Trad Cruishank-Fleet Feet SA.

    Its not all doom and gloom. In 2021 I will be running under the "V" Category. Showing off the nice big 40 on my chest. I will then have more legit excuses if I run badly," I'm a Veteran"

    34000 runners, that's alot of people. Also dont think that many will pitch up. They will prob enter, but as soon as the training starts getting serious, most of them will drop out.

    Either way,It's going to be one hell of a women's race this year. Very excited to see those battles. I actually hope Ann wins again. She is so humble, and kept a low profile again this year. Men's race will prob be the same old guys again, maybe Mthembu winning again.

    Remember Camille is also fitter and stronger than she was in 2017.

    I disagree, I think Camille will again win this year. Gerda and Anne are both strong runners, but after 70km, Camille is just a bit stronger.

    Did you see his splits on Strava, insane.. But he is still human, at 82-84km his splits was 11min/km

    I want to, but just a bit scared I hurt my foot again. But def missing the trail running.

    I had to cancel my Mac Mac 100 miler because I broke 2 bones in my foot end of Dec, and was out for almost 3 months. I'm only now starting to train consistently again. So I decided to rather skip it this year..

    On Kodi. Binged all 10 Episodes today. Cobra Kai is kicking Ass now that Kreese is back. Just a sad ending. Don't Worry, wont tell what happened
