I was also impressed by Carla Molinaro. Only did 170km in training, and the longest one was 15km and still be able to run a 7:53. She said she only did cross training.

So no Russian athletes are allowed to run Conrades this year. Why couldn't CMA mailed them couple of weeks ago already instead of telling them at the expo they are banned to run. Jeez, that's just bad. Or rather ASA.
2 Weeks ago I also started getting the flu/cold systems, so I went to the local sister at our Pharmacy, and she gave me a jab with this Echinacea Stuff as well as a B12. The next day I was feeling 100% again.
I prob watched that series 20x over. got the DVD Boxset as well. Everytime I pop in the dvd, my wife goes " ag FFS, not again" Started watching Legendary Catch Last Night. Pretty awesome Fishing series.
