Sound like the frame is out of alignment. make a measuremnt from the dropouts to the BB on each side or to the same point on the headset, need to measure very accurate a couple of mm will make the difference

My top speed on my MTB is on that hill 95.2 km/h with my ass a couple of cm above the rear tire. Its on that 1km straight section just before the horshoe bend at the bottom. Awesome. . . dont know if I want to do it on the mtb. There is a dirt road clim to the top where they paraglide that takes about an hour with the MTB
