The main Problem with the my friend is I need about an 19" frame with a medium frame toptube that is high on the front. She has Long legs. Her femur is quite long, this means she has to so to sit more back in the saddle, which in turn needs a shorter top tube so that she doesnt stretch to much.

Her speciality is nerves and Acupuncture. . The Trek Fuel EX WSD Large frame is the same as the Normal Fuel EX Small frame

A Friend of mine is looking at bying herself the scott contessa She has long legs and a short torso So I went to check out the geometry of the contessa vs the normal spark. . The Geometries are exactly the same.. . the only diffrence is a shorter stem and the paint job from what I can see.

there should be an cap that is a lefthand thread and uses a 10mm allen key a 8mm allenkey bolt that loosens the crank. if its an x type BB only loosen the 8mm bolt and make sure the 10mm

Not really, its business some bike shops rips you of while other are trying to survive. The higher volumes you push the lower your markup can be. Imagine the client base of CRC compaerd to your LBS Most people blame the suppliers, and the fact of the matter is they also have overheads that needs to be covered. CRC is massive, If stock doesn't move then they can afford to sell it at less than their cost price Secondly they do massive volumes Some of these fork might be OE(original Equipment). . meaning they are suppose to come out on bikes and are not meant for AM (after Market) sales And yes you should be affraid, If something goes wrong and it is suppose to be a warranty Issue local rocshox will not cover the fork. They will repair it and charge you

Sid is a nice fork, and while you ar at it throw away your xt brakes and go for Avid elixer MAg brakes 330grams a set and chuck a your shimano and go with sram X-0 shifters and derailluer best move you will make in your life
