  1. Does everyone have to piss in their pants every time they see cyclists riding three abreast and then come post it here? It's not gonna change... Let it be and move on...4 5 sakes
  2. Off Lance's twitter feed while training in Hawaii ....the roads are inconsistent. Goes between 20+% to flat. Really stair steps. Hard tho. SRAM Red is solid. Light, stiff, reliable. Jason2009-01-12 04:21:37
  3. Off http://twitter.com/lancearmstrong
  4. Why didn't you just go fetch what you needed straight away or did you really need someone to hold your hand? You knew what you wanted to get, so get it and get out. You would have saved 25 minutes and just waited 10...

  7. Oh yeah... this ones for Admin, why can't we use URL's for our avatars?
  8. Solution? Um... Well it looks like their web servers up which means your avatar's dispalying again... That's the problem with linking your avatars to a site... You never know when they're down for maintenance or simply just decommissioned the server... Luckily the servers not hosted in MUMBAI ;-) cause then you're be fooooked.
  9. Avatar with the red x is pointing to http://xs226.xs.to/xs226/08182/images836.jpg When you try open the link the image doesn't load... Server could be down or the image could have been moved to another location or removed from the server... Solution: Servers's running Microsoft... Upgrade to Linux :-)
  10. eCould be eNother eBug in that eNatis eSystem they're eUsing... Jason2008-11-19 04:48:55

  15. CaptainDura, interesting article : http://www.cruciblefitness.com/etips/Cycling_Cadence1.htm Jason2008-02-28 05:50:01
  16. Yup stretching is very important! Spinnekop, you could of at least got a modern day photo! Stop trying to bring back the 60's!
  17. It is torture and really boring... You'll see once you've got your cadence up, during the workout you'll be pushing it to 110rpm and then 112rpm and so on... which is fine... as long as you don't bounce... I wouldn't say 45 minutes, but once you're used to it 45 minutes will be a breeze... My hamstring gets sore. Jason2008-02-28 05:23:07
  18. Sit on an indoor trainer and find a gear that is not to heavy or to light. One where you feel comfortable and one where you can maintain your cadence at 105+ rpm and then keep it there for say 30 minutes to 45 minutes... Warm up... Spin... Cool down... Oh... And you shouldn't be bouncing in the seatJason2008-02-28 05:15:38
