Not sure those indicators are correct. Point 1 is normally at the bottom of a b1tch of a climb and point 5 also seems incorrect.
Somewhere close to 6 hrs would be great
You should be under 6 hours with all your riding!!! 
I was wanting to buy some reading material from Exclusive Books. I checked their website to make sure they had the particular book and then arranged to pick up a copy from their Stellenbosch store. Here comes the seriously WTF part. Their website price for this particular book is R208 and you have to wait between 20 and 25 days. They believe the convenience of driving to their store and standing around waiting for service warrants them to charge me R357 for EXACTLY the same book!!!!! When I detailed the discrepancy the attitude was "well.........". How does a business justify this rip-off and still continue doing business?????

I cannot understand the "supplier" of Cadence Nutrition. We have a Dischem which sells all the "large" brand names' products and I was delighted to find out that they were stocking Cadence as a new line. HOWEVER, never stock, or very limited and then the sales guy, when asked about the empty space, says, "most unreliable supplier of goods, cannot remember when last the rep was around". My rant - keep the stock up to date and more people will be supporting you, better business!!!!

I have a Tallboy and Hendrik de Kok works on my bike. He has gone through the trouble of making sure he gets all the necessary info online and works according to the specs. I have just replaced all bolts, nuts, bearings etc.

Yeah the first ones are for the original shield, last 3 for the latest shield. May be send them this picture and say you have done 5 races but you can't make a complete shield. They could have spares they can send you to at least make 1 complete set. I have the very first centre piece from 2004 and now a 2013 medal. Talking of taking my time to re enter :-(
At least you went back for more..... I would have loved it if they could have kept the old shield. It just makes the whole thing a bit "average" if you keep on changing it (and not improving). I'm not one for medals and stuff, but a bit of effort from their side would be appreciated. This year its a piece of unfinished pine with some metal slapped on......
I'm not sure how the shields have changed in the last 5 years, but it seems this year's shield is the 3rd change they have had in a row. Have a look at the medals.....
After using various racks I don't think I will ever again use anything but a Thule platform. Easy to use, well made, even looks good.

What an epic day of cycling, I cannot remember when last I enjoyed watching a stage with so much anticipation!!
I have a road bike and mtb, I decided to use my mtb today because next weekend is the Argus mtb in Knysna. I expected more people, thats all. In Paarl alone there are about 1000 + regular cyclist. To see 40 on the start line was dissapointing.
If only it was properly advertised in Paarl and use was made of the various forums to advertise it on there would have been a much bigger response. I live in Paarl, cycle in Paarl, but only happen to see it all happening this morning.
