I just cannot get my head around this frame concept? How strong could it be, surely only for roadbike purposes?

I am seeing a number of Stage and Stage Max's in the classifieds
New frames but used components - are these perhaps warranty issues?
This one just did Epic, NO issues (warranty or otherwise) except brake pads........
Can't find WTB's to replace my current ones, any suggestions from the more seasoned Epic riders on tyre choice?
So new water restriction measures announced today (quite severe). Whilst I understand the tourist value of the event is it not a bit "selfish" of the organisers to forge ahead with such an event when capetonians, cyclists included, are staring down the barrel of a gun with severe water shortages? Surely both organisers and participants need to understand the direct and indirect effect this event can have on the already stretched resources........
Not wanting to stir a fight, just putting some rational thinking out there!
Uhm, guys. Just so you know. Pyga's have been overpriced since day 1. The market is just now evening out in regards to their actual value.
So, my assumption is that every single high end bike out there, no names, is overpriced. We are being fleeced by our own quest to ride the "perfect" bike. The market feeds on this trait and thus keeps on stocking the market. Perfection just comes at a high price. Imagine none of us upgrade a single bike for one year? The other point is that PYGA maybe still plays in the "exclusive" market. A good offering, and not every second chap is riding one.......
isnt the rear travel 127mm...what made you go 120 on the front not 130?

Rear travel, I THINK, is 110mm. I was very sceptical in raising the nose of the bike. for my type of riding it seems the 120mm is just right..... Can take it to 140mm later, but muuuuch later.....

I am leaning towards 120 but just dont know what...not a Fox fan so busy doing my "research".
Touch wood my Revelation has been great and I've hammered my One Ten over the years.
What would you fit on a Stage build as a matter of interest?
So here we go. New MAX colours with 120mm Fox 34 on the front. My first venture outside of the ordinary Fox 32 100mm setups. I don't have enough balls to ride this fast beast...... This setup does not really understand "limits".

Got my son this crane for Xmas, but chomping at the bit thinking I should just take over the build.......
When a LBS has the ability to only open after 9h30 on a weekday, then "forget" about your order you placed 2 days ago (small but important) and then go out of their way to explain to you that you must get over yourself for complaining about lack of service its time for them to think about their future. This in a shop where turnover of stock is limited, turnover of staff is at maximum and client service at a minimum. OUCH

Not sure about this statement, if you look at CRC I could still have some change even after paying heaps to DHL for delivery. Definitely in the market......
I think in USD terms the Epic is cheaper this year compared to last year.
Rand is strengthening this morning. Must be the 40% offshore funds being parked to buy early bird entries.
