    My problem is I couldnt be bothered with streaming etc....part too lazy and part too stupid. I love sport too much so I just pretend to smile and accept the cost of the convenience to flip on the TV. Also PVR a lot of cycling cos its often on when I cant watch live.....

    Age old story!! That formula is a very vague guideline that may work for some..... Do a proper fitness test to avoid wasting your time!!

    Just got my one ten (2 days ago), medium frame. I'm 172 cm. Only ridden it once so far and will be back on it tomorrow. I know im definitely not too short arsed for it so doubt you will be. Pyga website shows medium frame suitable for 168 - 178 cm

    Unfortunately the bike part and components is already done but will most certainly do the above and buy all the future toys and upgrades for the bike I asked you earlier when you expecting your frames, my pre order went in during November last year. I'm told Friday 13th frame will be at the shop!!
