endurance is key - do some ling rides like 150's and 200's and do at least one or two weekends where you do a 150 and another 150 or longer so you get an idea of what to expect the last 160km is all mindgames, but endurance is key. You may feel great at 180km and hit the wall at 200km - also pace and just keep going its an awesome race - so well organized

The race was really super cool - lots of different terrain and tough climbs - well organised I really enjoyed this race - glad it was a bit cooler
