    saw some people smoke after the race - clean fresh air taken in and then smoke ? No judging I smoked a long time but it must be hard to do that after a race?

    I dont like it when something has limitations. If I want to do the 36one then I should not worry about the battery not making it. I can see a gap for hub generated power more and more - something that I would def put on my bike for more then one reason

    I have 4mb line and its good - my TV is not HD so I dont know but you should be able to get HD - I am happy with mine - when I use the net at the same time the quality can be worse but overall I am quite happy

    I did it some time ago - an APPLE guru at my previous job helped me and I never used it until now - I think if you search the net you will easily find a way to do it.

    12 k for a fork that can only be used in certain surfaces means change of fork or two bikes to be able to ride all surfaces comfortably - I will do with just one air fork which can do it all long dirt road races its good for if that's all you do but if you want to ride your bike any time anywhere at least an air fork gives much more options - I like the idea and if it was cheaper perhaps it could have been an extra fork for long dirt roads but not at 12k

    I know this is hard and its really not great that our spots are taken away from us like this. The Groenkloof issue started a while back and I stopped going there because of this and its not been resolved. What I find even more facinating is that Groenkloof is making money of the cyclist and hikers so to prevent this at all cost makes sence , still they choose not to do anything about this

    klapperkop , Groenkloof and Voortrekker all had attacks in the recent months and weeks - must be the same people operating here

    I have ADSL and apple TV with a US account and do Netflix via the US APP with Smart DNS - works like a charms and loads of content , movies and series and not even R200 - never had DSTV they are robbing people

    Glad your ok - and yes this is BS. Sounds like the same MO as the attack in GK/Fountains last weekend. If the area is made secure they still know people cycle to these places as well on the outside where there is no security.One has to be very vigilant and always keep an eye out. If some one is going to attack you should be able to see some warning signs and that could give you the few second to get away. Also well done for catching them off gaurd. This is ones life so I will go all out to hurt them if I have to to save my own life.The reality is these things happen so fast and the best tactics will be to try and get away. Things like a tazer and knifes or guns could potentially just put one in more danger when trying to reach for it. Ai ai dont like this. If its the same guys ( they do this on weekends) so perhaps they work in the week. They should be easy to catch with an organized effort. After all they are idiots and not very clever

    this is total BS - we should go there in force and sort out this crap. 3 times on 8 days they getting greedy and obviously comfortable with the area. Surely we can outwit these dumb fxxxkrs

    any idea where we can get results ? I did a night trail run this week and got the results on a sms on my way home - great and possible with technology.Love the app , but then it should be used to communicate things like results on the same day of the event Cmon Fritz we are the instant generation we want it now Same day
