yeah as u get older your metabolism slows so loosing weight becomes harder. It sux, i remember when i use to weigh between 66 and 68 kg, during my early 20's Now, although i carry a lot of muscle, i can see that my metabolism has slowed and loosing weight is really hard.

I hear Tom Boonen weighs around 84kg. It would be interseting to find out how much some of the top pro's weigh? Sprinters and climbers.

Hi all Was wondering how much some of our hubbers weigh, seeing as though cycling has a lot to do with an excellent power to weight ratio i though it would be great to find out how much all of you weigh. (with clothes and shoes on) I will start. I fluctuate (at the moment) between 81-82kg. Hoping to reduce this to a hefty 78kg by mid November. My lowest being a flimsy 72kg in Febuary this year.
